Stillfront Group AB (publ) has successfully concluded the share repurchase program that was announced on 15 February 2023. Stillfront’s acquisitions of own shares commenced on 16 February 2023 and were concluded on 11 May 2023. No acquisitions were made during the period 3 April 2023 – 3 May 2023. Stillfront has in total acquired 13,441,510 own shares under the share repurchase program for a total amount of approximately 270 MSEK. The acquired shares will be used for payment of certain earn-out payments relating to previous acquisitions.

Stillfront’s annual general meeting on 11 May 2023 authorized the board to resolve on new share repurchase programs during the period until the next annual general meeting.

The total number of shares in Stillfront amounts to 513,199,454. At the time of this press release, Stillfront holds 13,441,510 own shares.

Stillfront Group AB (publ) har slutfört det program för förvärv av egna aktier som offentliggjordes den 15 februari 2023. Stillfronts förvärv av egna aktier inleddes den 16 februari 2023 och avslutades den 11 maj 2023. Inga återköp skedde under perioden 3 april 2023 – 3 maj 2023. Stillfront har totalt förvärvat 13 441 510 egna aktier under återköpsprogrammet till ett sammanlagt belopp om cirka 270 MSEK. De förvärvade aktierna kommer att användas för delbetalning av vissa tilläggsköpeskillingar hänförliga till tidigare genomförda företagsförvärv.

Stillfronts årsstämma den 11 maj 2023 bemyndigade styrelsen att fatta beslut om nya aktieåterköpsprogram fram till nästa årsstämma.

Det totala antalet aktier i Stillfront uppgår till 513 199 454. Stillfront innehar vid tidpunkten för detta pressmeddelande 13 441 510 egna aktier.

Björn has experience from many different IT roles across industries and has vast experience in running large IT operations. Before joining Stillfront, Björn held IT leadership positions at Klarna where he worked with transforming and developing the IT operations and execute on technology strategies to effectively grow and support the business.

Björn has a solid experience working with software engineering, cloud services, engineering leadership, and development. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Operations at IBM and Senior Vice President Operations at EVRY.

Björn assumes his position today, April 20, 2023.

Björn har erfarenhet från ledande IT-befattningar inom olika branscher och har stor erfarenhet av att leda större IT-organisationer. Björn kommer senast från en ledande IT-befattning på Klarna där han arbetade med att transformera och utveckla IT-verksamheten för att stödja bolagets tillväxt.

Björn har en gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med mjukvaruteknik, molntjänster, ingenjörsledarskap och utveckling. Tidigare erfarenhet inkluderar roller som Head of Operations på IBM och Senior Vice President Operations på EVRY.

Syftet med kapitalmarknadsdagen är att ge en uppdatering kring Stillfront Groups strategi samt djupdykningar i Stillfronts verksamhet och Stillops-plattform, finans, ESG, synergier, live ops och produktutveckling.
