Swedish game studio Coldwood Interactive, developer of the successful move game The Fight: Lights Out published by Sony Computer Entertainment last year has moved on to the next big hit: A game for fitness and exercises while having fun Move Fitness.

Ever wanted to do do exercises to keep fit but don’t have the time? Or ever wanted to have a professional physical trainer to help you build great body figure but feel a bit bored? Move fitness is exactly catering to anyone who wants to exercise while having fun.

Grab your PlayStation®Move motion controllers and start having fun by moving your arms, legs, jump up and down, hit a target with rewards, play basket ball, or break something, turn your home or office into a gym or basket ball court, boxing room instantly and be your own hero or ninjia. Yes, there is ninjia game element included as well. This game is designed to play for single player as well as for a whole family or friends to have fun. It’s really easy to get started.
