Auditors are elected by the AGM and they review the company’s accounts and administration on behalf of the AGM. According to the Articles of Association, Stillfront Group AB (publ) shall have one or two auditors. Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (PWC) was elected auditor at the AGM in May 2023 for the period until the 2024 AGM and Nicklas Kullberg was appointed as Auditor in Charge.
Audit fees and reimbursement
Auditing means fees for the statutory audit, i.e work neccessary for presenting an audit report, and audit consultancy provided in tandem with the audit.
Other auditing means fees for various types of quality assurance services. Other means anything not included in auditing, other auditing or tax consultancy. SEK 3 million of the fees relate to PwC Sweden.
