Positive play
Our mission is to positively impact our users’ lives, and it drives everything we do. And as people spend more free time playing games, our mission becomes more important. We want to create a positive gaming universe that is digital, affordable, equal, and sustainable. So we focus on games that are all about having a rewarding hobby, a great social experience, or a strategic challenge.
We have a sustainability strategy designed to help us focus our resources on the most relevant environmental, social, and governance issues.
Stillfront’s sustainability strategy
Stillfront’s sustainability strategy is set up to focus our resources on the most relevant environmental, social and governance issues to drive performance and to engage internal and external stakeholders.
We are committed to improve sustainability throughout our entire value chain to meet our ethical and social responsibilities, reduce cost, and ensure a sustainable future for the industry while providing an enjoyable and responsible gaming experience for all Stillfront players.
Our business is digital, and our largest negative environmental impact derives from the emissions of our players when playing our games on mobile or browser devices.
Stillfront operates in an industry that revolves around expertise and talent. To attract and retain the foremost talent in the industry, we need to offer an inclusive and equal workplace. For Stillfront, equality, diversity and inclusion are highly important in our core game development processes. There is a high demand for high-quality entertainment in multiple languages, adapted to different cultures, religions, and customs.
