Your Mission

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies across social media, forums, and other platforms, especially Discord, to create a vibrant and active community around our games

    As a Senior Marketing Analyst within our data platform team you'll play a critical role in leveraging data to drive marketing effectiveness, optimize performance, and contribute to the overall success of the organization's marketing initiatives.

    • Overseeing the collection, processing, and management of marketing data within the data platform, ensuring data quality and data coverage that meet the needs for marketing professionals in the group

    • Manage the parent company's accounts payable, with registration and posting of supplier invoices
    • Follow up on authorization and payment and reconciliations
    • Payments transfer/registration and Booking bank transactions in different currencies

    About the role

    • Reporting directly to the Director of User Acquisition North America, devising an acquisition strategy and plan across multiple games and studios.

      • Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI) and CPI:LTV

      • Work closely with other departments, such as creative, product development, data analytics, and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize user acquisition efforts

      • Maintain existing UA channels while testing and launching new channels

      • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and changes in acquisition algorithms to continuously improve UA performance

      • Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations for improvement based on market trends and user behavior

      • Collaborate in building out new BI reporting tools (Looker preferred)

      • Communicate clearly to management, the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives

        Who you are

        • Mobile UA experience: 2-4 years prior relevant experience in User Acquisition at an agency or developer side

        • Expertise in Google, Applovin, Ironsource, Unity and DSPs

        • Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way, and translating them into meaningful decisions

        • Experience in working with creative agencies (internal and external) and writing briefs

        • Ability to stay organized and create new testing processes that increase efficiency

        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners

        • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals
