Stillfront shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, and all trading in the company’s shares is therefore subject to applicable Swedish and EU rules and regulations for trading in financial instruments, including the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Stillfront may also, from time to time, have bonds and other instruments admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm and other marketplaces.

Stillfront has adopted an Insider Policy to provide clear guidance to its personnel and directors on adhering to relevant laws and regulations and inform them on what requirements and restrictions that apply when trading in Stillfront’s financial instruments. The Insider Policy is reviewed annually and all relevant personnel and directors receive training on the policy.

Persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated to persons discharging managerial responsibilities of Stillfront are assumed to be better informed about Stillfront than others and are obligated to report transactions in financial instruments of Stillfront to the Swedish Financial Services Authority, once a threshold of EUR 5,000 has been reached within a calendar year.

Stillfront keeps a record of its persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and their closely associated persons, as required by MAR. Stillfront’s PDMRs constitute the board of directors of Stillfront Group AB (publ) as well as all members of the Group Executive Management and the Group Business Management.
