Stillfront announces changes to the Nomination Committee ahead of the 2026 AGM

The composition of the Nomination Committee ahead of Stillfront Group AB (publ)’s Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2026 has been changed after Roger Storm, representing Handelsbanken Fonder, has notified his resignation from the position, effective immediately.
 
After the change, the Nomination Committee consists of:
 

  • Christian Wawrzinek, appointed by Laureus Capital
  • Mohamad Haj Hasan, appointed by Knuth Capital
